Nothing all good.

The staff were amazing and always ready to help. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. the location was perfect, tucked away from the main street but still within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. the free shuttle service to nearby places was a great bonus. the pool was a pleasant place to relax.

There were a few flying ants in the room during the evening, which made it difficult to relax. the breakfast could have been better, and there weren't many dining options nearby.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenience of being able to see the pool from our room. the nature and design of the complex were beautiful. the staff were responsive and quickly fulfilled our requests for more toilet paper and hand soap. the location was perfect for the first few days in Bali, as it was near Ubud center and within walking distance of many restaurants. a great place for a peaceful getaway in Ubud.

I recently stayed at Batu Agung Villa for a few nights and had a great time! The staff were extremely attentive and responded to every request right away. The young workers, who I think are around 18-25 years old, did an excellent job. The villa itself was cozy and the bed was really comfortable. It was a relaxing place with a pool just outside. The location, about 10 minutes from downtown, was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet retreat away from the city buzz. The optional private car tour provided by the hotel was great value for money, and I also found the Gojek app for taxi transport very convenient.

The hotel is located outside of the main area, so it's necessary to either have your own scooter or use ride-hailing services like Grab or GoJek. the breakfast room was situated above our room and it was quite noisy in the mornings.

There were some shortcomings in cleanliness upon arrival, but this can be attributed to tiredness and hunger.
